Dear brothers and sister in Christ,

It's with profound joy, that I extend my warm greetings to all of you, as we celebrate the fiesta of the Barrio San Roque. We all now come together in this annual celebration of our gratitude to God for all the benefits. He bestowed upon us the past few years, and the ultimately for God’s love which never ceases to overflow despite our sinfulness. The scriptures says, "Thus says the Lord: I have loved you with everlasting love; so I have kept my mercy towards you." (Jeremiah 31:3).
Let these festivities in this our thanksgiving to God clearly express our Christian profession. "We have come to believed in God’s love" (Deus Est Caritas).

The year’s Diocesan Pastoral Theme, “With Mary, let us witness the love of God: Strenthen BEC’s, engage in community transformation, and concern for the environment.” Let us then make this theme then our guide as so we continue to heralds of God’s love amidst the problems of the present time.

As always, I entrust you to our Blessed Mother as we invoke God’s blessings upon you all! Happy Fiesta!
